Encoding problem when getting rss feeds which are encoding in iso when plone site is in utf-8 for example.
This problem appears only on description when displaying in "full mode" ("see more" / sinList).
And effectively, udecode function of SinTool.py doesn't care of data description.
So here a simple patch to fix this (seems work).
