Motivation
Requested by user. This will allow users to print out their response and also go back and have a look at what they submitted.

Is there a way for people completing a survey to save their own answers
(perhaps through the spreadsheet/review results available to the survey
creator) or to print their answers before submitting?
It seems possible to print each survey using print screen. However,
text fields do not show up on the printed page. All the other input
types. text area, etc., are visible though.
I appreciate any assistance. Thanks.
Proposal
Create a html spreadsheet that shows by user and allow that user to see it. Provide a link from the "you have [already] completed this survey" page. Something like "view your response".
make it optional
Another vote in support of the print feature. But please make "view your response" disabled or optional for anonymous surveys. Cookie values for anonymous users are trivial to guess and this feature could allow someone to retrieve all the answers by impersonating anonymous users of submitted surveys.
