Some users have reported losing data when using anonymous questionnaires

Hi Adam,

I just witnessed a "live" case of data loss. I had reset the database, so it was empty. Then somebody registered, and the data was properly displayed in the HTML view. Unfortunately, I did not export it right away. Then two more people registered, and their data was displayed, but the first person's data had disappeared. I wonder if there is a bug in the code that overwrites the first entry or doesn't move the list pointer or something. I cannot test it right now because the system is in use.

All registrants use anonymous access, I wonder if that might be a problem.

I hope you can correct this problem in the next release.

Christian

Dear Adam,

We have managed a conference registration with CMFQuestions and are
generally happy with it:

http://www.rechtswirklichkeit.de/[…]/anmeldung_web

I have disabled the Partial Submit button and applied the security
patches. Also, there was a bug in the CSV export, but I don't remember
what I did (sorry to be so unhelpful). But there is one very important
bug: several registrants have reported that they registered and got a
success message, but then their data was never displayed for us in the
hmtl view and csv export. There seems to be some leakage in some
circumstances which are a mystery to me. When you do work on the new
release, can you put in a double-check mechanism or additionally a
counter or an e-mail notifier or something that enables the maintainer
of the questionaire to compare the data collected with the number of
submittals?

Otherwise thank you for the very useful product.

Thank,

Christian
