Why is there no "get pdf report" button on the evaluation page?
The ReportLab Toolkit is probably not installed at all or not installed correctly. Check the following:
- is ReportLab installed?
On Windows, the Plone installer will install ReportLab but on Linux you may have to install it yourself. If not installed, click the above link to get and install ReportLab.
- are the fonts installed for ReportLab?
ReportLab requires the
.ttffiles for the fonts it uses to be insite-packages/reportlab/fonts. Both on Linux and Windows, you may have to create this directory yourself and put the "luxi*.ttf" fonts there.
