Actually, PA can only create policy. The goal is to give them possibility to choose how their policy is create.

Motivation
Now, PA does not want to see CMF or Criteria types, and does not want to fill all workflow fields for all left types.
Proposal
First, filter all CMF and Criteria types
Second, make an option to autofill fields with portal_workflow values
Third, add a checkbox for each left type to said if they are activated in the policy or not
