This release should hopefully speedup the rendering process by using the viewlet macros directly.

The local navigation tree viewlet is another important feature of this release.

- Use correct context when contentpanels is in left/right slots. Thanks
    Jean-Charls ROGEZ for the patch. This fixed the wrong calendar portlet
    links.
