This is more like a preview release to be in time for the conference (Vienna 2005).

It is the first release that contains the new author handling via the FormattableNamesField from ATExtensions and build-in CMFMember support for author references.

Merged the formattablenames branch (r 11539:11932):
- We depend on ATExtensions now.
- The Authorlist is now a custom datatype from ATExtensions that supports more flexible schema declarations and formattting options.
- Intrinsic CMFMember reference support added. This is not fully compatible with the approach from PloneSolutions. There is therefore one failing test if CMFMmeber is present.
