#74 — Migration from 0.9.0b1 to 1.0 - no items displayed in bib folders

After reinstallation, no items are displayed in the base_view of bibliography folders. All the items are catalogued and appear if the display is switched to summary view or if you switch to the contents listing. An item will display after it has been saved (i.e. recatalogued).
The difference between an item that doesn't display and item that has been recatalogued is that Authors, Author Items and Publication Year are empty in the former.
Solution is to rebuild the catalog, but it would be nicer to catalog the items on migration.
