When trying to add a printable pdf to a technical report reference
I receive an error saying "Insufficient Privileges" this happens as an editor/user with manager privs/ or admin.
There seem to be no longs generated that I can find.
I have the following versions installed using buildout.
* ATExtensions svn/trunk (build 002)
* CMF Bibliography AT svn/1.0 (build 0028)

- Steps to reproduce:
- upload portal policy allows uploads
pdf uploads allowed for all types
pdf's are set to retain filesystem file names.
I create a technical reference fill in all data and select a working pdf to be uploaded for the tr.
it I then hit save and it gives me the error of "Insufficient Privileges" and suggest contacting system admin for help.
If I leave out the pdf file and save the bib entry is saved. I then edit and attempt to add the pdf and it errors out again with the same error.

Same problem here, but with all types in version 0.9 beta on Plone 2.5.3.
Is their a possibility to solve that with changing the rights?
Event the site admin generated by plone with maximum rights is not allowed to add a pdf.
If I just save the site, without uploading a pdf, its no problem, just adding the pdf.
Could there be a problem with some other rights, like writing in the zope repository and creating files implicitly?
