Request for enhancement:

Bibliography Setup (control panel) should offer an option to make the Bibliography Search tab invisible.

That is, ease of use; not requiring a ZMI visit to
/portal_actions/portal_tabs/bibliography_search/manage_propertiesForm

Motivation: as Plone is not always a sole repository, so CMF Bibliography AT (whilst useful and desirable) is not always the primary source of information. so the tab may be the first feature that a Plone site administrator wishes to hide.
