#33 — Plain text abstracts from pubmed acquire a paragraph tag

If I use the medline importer to pull in bibliography with abstracts I
get the following problem:
The file I'm importing from is plain text - downloaded straight from
pubmed, however when I go to edit the entry, the abstract is wrapped in
a single paragraph tag. The format of the text is flagged as plain text,
so unless the user diligently remembers to change this to HTML before
saving, the paragraph tag gets converted to HTML entities.
