additonal setup for squid/pound configuration (for ZEO clustering)

(just an idea): a squid/pound config for a single backend could be easier to setup then squid with rewrites (Red Hat EL with ACLs can give you some headaches).

For most setups, Pound seems unnecessary. You can do load balancing easily enough with Squid-only. I might add a Squid-only load balancing config option at some point.
I'm confused by the next paragraph...

I'm not sure what this has to do with Pound configuration. URL rewrites are required for the VirtualHostMonster to work, although you can use the mappings tab in VHM instead. This has nothing to do with Pound.
