Users created by AutoMemberMaker now show up in member searches. Also, member folders get a chance to be made all the time, not just at user creation.

Fixed a bug which caused AMM-created users to not show up in member searches. Specifically, login times now get set on members. Thanks to Francois Birot for the initial patch!
Member folders are created, as appropriate, at each login, not just at initial user creation. Thus, if you have member folder creation off, log in, turn member folder creation on, and log in again, your member folder will be created.
Tests pass now. Added lots of new tests. Testing this is no longer a pain, so we should see development speed increase.
