merge bookmark_view and tasty_tree using KSS

Definitions

 

Motivation

  1. bookmark_view allready contains a 1 level treestructure
  2. tasty_tree preloads the whole directory tree in one go which may be to big
  3. several views on the content may be  interpreted as a 'link farm' by search engines

Proposal

To expand a bookmarkfolder the content should be loaded on demand using KSS/JS
