I've tried out to use a word document in greek (utf-8).
While the preview mode works fine, in full-screen mode all greek characters are replaced by ?.

Steps to reproduce:: Try the attchment.

you may set default-zpublisher-encoding to UTF-8 ; we'll set the header of the fullscreen view.
