#13 — ARFilePreview 2.2.0-spre2 crashes Plone-3.0.4

Install on Plone-3.0.4 display cryptical text. No content would be displayed. After unistall of the plone site works normal.
Steps to reproduce:
Install the product on plone 3.0.4 (I used the Unified Installer.) and restart the zeocluster. You get only text messages inside the browser. To get back the plone site with content, you had to uninstall the product and restart the zeocluster.

I was not specified enough: I don't installed the product. I copied it only to the products directory and restarted the zeocluster: the error is visible.
If I delete the product inside the products folder and restart the zeocluster every thing works normal.

Using ZEO clusters installed from
Plone-3.0.5-UnifiedInstallerBuildout-beta1
I have no problems with ARFilePreview.

I installed in the meantime every thing new and now it works correct. I think we should close this issue. Thanks for your work.

I actually do have this problem with the ARFilePreview version 2.1.2, using Plone-3.0.6 (zeo-cluster configuration). I downloaded and extracted the product in the Product folder. When I restart the zeo-cluster, browsing to my Plone site gave the following error:

AROfficeTransforms installed without problems. The only way to get rid of the error is deleting the ARFilePreview folder from the Product folder.
