Just like Plone has PLIPs, the foundation can publish proposals and have the membership vote on them. This folder contains proposals.

The proposal for the contributor agreement has companion files for the legal agreements. This folder contains those files as HTML and PDF. When the proposal is finished, these docs will be moved to the Plone developer area.
