General Committee Membership Policy

The board should reappoint committees yearly.

Resolved that membership and project management committees like the IP and Marketing committees will be appointed for one-year, renewable terms. Each board will appoint committees as one of its first pieces of business.

Unanimously approved on October 30, 2008

This is a policy resolution that has been adopted by the Plone Foundation Board of Directors.

It's meant to provide direction to the current and future boards.
