    Plone is a CMS, it may be used to build web portals, news sites, extranets, groupware, e-commerce among others. PloneGov meet local and federal gubernamental organizations from different countries working and cooperating around Plone. This talk will introduce Plone 3 main features and tools showing how to use them for custom needs. It will also show case studies of Plone in education, universities and science and government.
