Intended for developers, WorldCookery Zope training provides a thorough introduction to Zope 3 concepts and programming practices. Starting out with Grok, we will learn how to produce simple browser pages using Zope Page Templates and more complex ones using Python, and how to automate HTML form generation and validation. We will then discuss common Zope concepts such as object hierarchies, containers, object persistence (ZODB), interfaces and schemas and lastly, the Component Architecture. These are the foundation for the more advanced topics that follow, such as metadata annotations, events, authentication and authorization, etc.
