I know this is last minute, but Alex Limi and myself will be
providing a short Plone training session that will be open to the
public tomorrow in Downtown Oakland.  We'd love to have anyone who's
interested in learning about Plone show up.  This is going to be a
small, intimate session, almost entirely driven by the attendees.  Is
there something specific you want to learn about?  Come down and get
your questions answered!

The session will be from 1:30pm to 4:30pm.  If you are interested in
attending, please RSVP via email to Rob Miller.  If there
is enough interest, we may open up a morning session from
9:30am-12:30pm.

This session is part of a conference that I'm attending called
AdvocacyDev (see http://www.aspirationtech.org/), focused on open
source software for NGOs focused on activism and advocacy.  It is not
necessary to be involved in an NGO or in advocacy to come to the
training session, however; you only need to be interested in Plone.
The training is free, but it is requested that attendees will make a
small donation (recommended $20-$50) to Aspiration Tech for securing
the space and hosting the event.

Location:
James Irvine Conference Center
200 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza
