Peer-to-peer sharing of large media files using technology such as Bittorrent
There is a Plone4Artists tracker issue #220 and an improvement proposal for ATVideo.
UPDATE: Andy Nicholson has made some progress on this and posted to the ATVideo mailing list his experience using BitTornado python libs to create the .torrent file.
I'm sure the Limewire guys also have a lot to say on this subject. ;)
