• IMS Content Packaging

  IMSCPTypes? is the first implementation

  GoZip?, a archetype based zip-export-enabled folder, is written as an basis for IMSCPTypes?. IMSCPTypes? is the first rough implementation of IMS-ContentPackaging?. Also archetypes based.

  • GoZip? needs import capabilities.
  • GoZip? need improved content-type-handling
  • IMSCPTypes? need import capabilities
  • IMSCPTypes? need a plugable meta-data handling, see IMS LOM
  • IMSCPTypes? need a lot of generic and plugable functionality looking forward to the other IMS-implementations

  here it would be perfect, if plone/archetypes would provide a generic metadata-handling so we can use it to store diffrent metadata modells. it means: we have tu push this part of plone. our effort would be to implement LOM.
