Sign-up for the Archipelagosprint in Norway 23-29 april 2006

If you want to attend the sprint, this is when you tell us. The previous notification/mailing lists has been for signaling interest. This is the real sign-up. We have to book/cancel rooms/beds up-front, so if you plan on participating, it is important that you tell us as soon as possbile
Send an email with the following data
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your company or organisation if any
- Your mobile phone number (for arranging meet-ups and getting you to the island)
- Invoice details (company, postal address )
- Are you vegetarian, allergic or need any other special consideration concerning food?
- Are you traveling with someone and want to share a room?
- Any other special considerations
In return for this info, we will send you an invoice for EUR 500 that will cover food, accomodation and other sprint costs.
When confirmed, please supply your planned: - Time (and aiport) of arrival (flight number if available) - Time (and aiport) of departure (flight number if available)
Acommodation
People will be accomodated in the old officers quarters on the ex-military base, two sprinters in each room. Each room has a bath with shower.
The fee
The sprint fee is for covering the costs of your food and accomodation, and then a little to cover the shared stuff like locations etc. No-one is making a profit from this. For the record; Plone Solutions, arranging the sprint, pays the same fee for attending employees as everyone else. Extra thanks to all sponsors for helping covering the costs and reducing the price for everyone.
Food?
Food is included: simple but good Norwegian breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. The costs do not cover alcoholic beverages. Apart from that, everything should be taken care of.
More than 40 sprinters?
We can accomodate more sprinters than 40 if needed. The old officers quarters we are using has 28 rooms ( but some may have been let already) - but we have an option of using the soldiers' quarters, with 6-man rooms if we are short of space.
Cancellations
We'll have to pay half the accomodation cost for people that cancel after march 17, and the full price for people that cancel after april 5. While we'll subtract all the shared costs, we will still have to invoice you the remaining if you cancel after those dates (unless there is someone else to take your place.)
Invoicing
We would really really like if people pay their invoices asap after receiving them. PSOL is a small company and covering the cost up-front for everyone is more than we can afford.
