Brian Davis: teaching Plone to senior citizens

As the U.S. population ages and baby boomers become senior citizens, how do we convey the idea of Plone to them? As a small town community technology consultant, I teach basic intro to computer classes at a local library. For many of the students, it is their first time using a computer. I often discuss free and open source software such as Plone. What approaches have proved beneficial in communicating the robust usability of Plone to someone who may be publishing online for the first time?
