Summary

With nearly 200 departments using Plone already, the University of Louisville web team has some experience deploying and supporting a relatively large Plone infrastructure. This case study will outline the process UofL follows to help departments get a Plone site, learn how to use it, and support them. The talk will also cover the products, process, and hardware UofL uses to manage the deployment environment, as well as outline existing problems and plans for the future.
