North American Plone Symposium 2006
One week after Mardi Gras — Downtown New Orleans — Plone Symposium 2006
New Orleans Plone Symposium 2006, New Orleans, LA. The New Orleans Plone Symposium is a Plone mini-conference. It will be limited to 200 persons. The goal is to summarize the development and deployment experience form the veterans and pass those on to conference attendees. Save hundreds or hours of experimentation — learn the best practices from the pros. In the afternoons, there will be scheduled social events. The conference location is at the foot of the famous Bourbon Street. It will be held 1 week after Mardi Gras; so it's a perfect time to take a vacation and wrap it together with 3 days of Plone knowledge.

The second New Orleans Plone symposium is dedicated to users, developers, and other people interested in the Plone platform. Plone has attracted tens of thousands of users, and now we meet to discuss our experiences with Plone, and its supporting technologies, Zope and Python.
Each attendee will get one free Plone Symposium T-Shirt.
Beverages and snacks provided at conference location
Symposium night parties — wind down at the Hookah Cafe on Wednesday evening. More socializing at Mimi's on Thursday.
After reviewing the feedback that people submitted at last year's symposium, we are looking at potentially having less presentations and more task-oriented tutorials. We are asking you for your feedback. Your input is essential to making the New Orleans Symposium 2006 better.
