The Plone Theming training takes you 3 days deeper into the structures of pages in Plone and how the "framework" of a website can be adapted to the style of an organization. The emphasis is on "what, where and how", it's certainly not a course on graphic design (you're assumed to already be knowledgeable on that topic).
