Latinoware is an event acomplished by Itaipu Binacional and Celepar that have as objective to open space for discussions and reflections about the use of Free Software in Latin America, presenting tools, promoting lectures, workshops, technical sessions, divulging cases of success and initiatives in this area.

    The target public is quite ample. We count with the participation of the society in general, especially hackers, people from Free Software Comunity, social movements, private initiative, non-governamental organizations, municipal, state and federal agencies, besides the presence of the academic comunity, mainly from the computer science, education and comunication areas.
