Audience

This technical training course is intended for those who will be designing, developing or administering a Plone site.

Requirements

Students are expected to have built basic Plone sites, either Plone 2.5 or Plone 3. A typical student will have attended a Joel Burton Bootcamp or has equivalent experience, and wishes to expand their scope of operational, development and creative knowledge. 

This is a hands-on class and students should bring a laptop computer.

About the Instructor

Rocky Burt has worked for many years offering software consulting services to companies across North America and Europe. He has contributed to countless open source projects and has strong ties to the Plone developer community having served as a member of the Plone core framework team. He is the author of numerous Plone/Zope products including SQLPASPlugin, feedfeeder, the Plone4Artists products, and is a regular contributor to Zope, Plone, Repoze and Trac.
