The Denver Plone Users Group will meet at the Alliance Building, 1536 Wynkoop St, Denver (LODO) on Thursday, October 4th, from 6-8pm. The Alliance Building is adjacent to (and immediately south of) the LODO Tattered Cover.  The front door to the building is set back from the street. We will meet in the basement conference room, where we did last month.  Please note the change from our traditional 2nd Tuesday in order to accommodate a guest speak who will be in town.

Parking is available at the Union Station pay lot, or on the street. Please remember that meters run until 10pm, I think, so there aren't any free parking options. There is a parking lot adjacent to the Alliance Building, but it is _not_ for public parking. Please don't park there.

The Market Street bus station is about two blocks away.

We have a special guest speaker this month, Darci Hanning, one of the main drivers behind Plinkit, a Plone-based web-authoring environment for Public Libraries.  In her presentation to the Denver Plone Users Group she plans to talk about what they went through when defining the problem, how Plone addresses the problem, and how a multi-state organization for deploying Plinkit has been formed.  Darci will also provide a brief technical analysis of the current implementation of Plinkit and discuss future directions.

Please spread the word as much as you can. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there.

Address: Alliance Building, 1536 Wynkoop St, Denver, Colorado, 80202, USA
