The Header

Changing the default appearance of the page header

This tutorial breaks down the main display elements in a Plone site, and shows you how to control and customize the appearance of each element.
Page 17 of 17.

The header section pulls in the CSS and ecmascript files. There isn't anything visible on the screen from the header.

In Plone v2.x:

  • Template: header
    • Located: [site]/portal_skins/plone_templates
In Plone v3.x:
  • Template: plone.header
    • Located: [site]/portal_view_customizations
