Plone.org has individual documentation pages that are dedicated for specific tasks.

The documentation area has a section dedicated to basic use for content editors. You will find additional help documentation, some repeating elements of this manual and some focusing on solving more specific problems.

You may wish to navigate through the other help documents for site administration, changing the visual design, and programming, but keep in mind that many of these help documents are task-specific and can get very technical.
