Changing the default appearance of the page header

The header section pulls in the CSS and ecmascript files. There isn't anything visible on the screen from the header.

In Plone v2.x:

Template: header
- Located: [site]/portal_skins/plone_templates

In Plone v3.x:

Template: plone.header
- Located: [site]/portal_view_customizations
