Plone common recipes has been removed. New, alternative, documentation is available.

Plone common recipes documentation has been removed.
New, community, managed documentation is available in Plone collective Subversion repository.

The temporary location for generated HTML documentation is `plonemanual.twinapex.fi <http://plonemanual.twinapex.fi/>`_.

Everyone with collective commit access can contribute to the documentation.
