Fix the site workflow
I should have done this first. Oh, well. Here are the specific steps:
- In the ZMI, go to my site > portal_workflows > "Workflows by type".
- Change the "crispy" value back to "original" where necessary.
- Click "Save".
- MOST IMPORTANT: Click "Apply security settings".
Nine minutes later, we're back to using the "original" workflow on the site. (One site down, 129 to go...)
