Can I create a Plone site inside my existing Plone site?

Can I nest several Plone sites inside each other?

No, but you can have several Plone sites in the same Zope instance, as long as you do not nest them inside each other. Use Apache's RewriteRules if you really want the sites to be totally separate, but reside under the same URL. This is normally not recommended, though - since it may be confusing for users to have search not work across the different sites.
