POSKeyError

POSKeyError means that you have an error in your database, and appears when you have database corruption.

This is not a common occurence, but certain versions of the ZODB or certain conditions can cause this. The most well-known case of this in the Plone world was Plone 1.0.1 on the Mac, which shipped with a version of Zope that was later discovered to have problems.
