RuntimeError: Shouldn't load state

This Error Reference applies to: Any version.
This Error Reference is intended for: Any audience.

RuntimeError: Shouldn't load state for 00000000002a028d when the connection is closed (Also, an error occurred while attempting to render the standard error message.

This error is caused by a race condition in ZODB 3.2. Fixed in ZODB 3.3. Usually only occurs under high load.

This issue isn't specific to ZODB 3.2 and also occurs in new ZODB versions. And it is not bound to high load.

To fix it, I need more info

What makes it appear? It was definitely the case in ZODB 3.2 and was fixed by upgrading to 3.3 in all the Plone-related cases of this. It might reappear under other conditions, but it would be helpful to know what to do.

But I've seen such errors even in Plone 2.5 instances under development conditions.
