Internet Explorer: Can't download files over https

IE protests that it cannot find the file you are attempting to download. This occurs when you are using https and have cache control headers set (for instance if you're using CacheFu).

Either upgrade your version of CacheFu (see http://plone.org/products/cachefu/issues/117) or deselect the cache-control:no-cache box from your existing CacheFu rule for Files.
