ATBiblioList

Description

  • Bibliographic References List Management Tool for Plone
  • Built with Archetypes
  • Product add-on for CMFBibliographyAT
  • Hosted on SourceForge (http://sf.net/projects/collective) currently only available from CVS

Purpose

  • Display Lists in a "ready to publish" style
  • Tool to create small working lists of often used references
  • Export a selection of bibliographic references coming from one or more multiple folders to one file

Requirements

Functions

  • Manage personal lists of bibliographic references
  • Export lists (in the same standards as CMFBibliographyAT)
  • Display lists in specific styles
    • Choose from predefined styles
    • Create custom styles (TTW and/or on FS)
    • Make StyleSets combining different styles

Possible Expansions

  • Custom ordering of the List
    • needs at least orderable ATreferences
  • Reading Lists (in far off future versions)
    • needs at least ATReferenceFields in a RecordsField (from ATExtensions by Raphael Ritz)
  • Dynamic Lists built with search criteria
    • Inspired by PloneTopics, not so trivial

Conclusion

  • Purpose is achieved, additional features are not a necessity
  • To expand, we need more time and more cooperation from higher
  • We will still handle debugging & finetuning
  • This is Open-source, feel free to join the effort!
